SIR: It is regrettable that the BBC, our national broadcaster, never covers the Remembrance Day service in Trinity Square Gardens, in London, where the names of 36,000 fishermen and merchant mariners who died at sea in the First and Second World Wars – and whose bodies never came home – are inscribed in bronze.
